1.表面污染：附著在戶外機箱機柜工件表面的油污、灰塵以及酸、堿、鹽等，會在一定的條件下轉化為腐蝕介質。然后與不銹鋼件中的某些成分發生化學反應，從而產生化學腐蝕而出現生銹的現象。
