Structural characteristics

柜體材質(zhì)：基本骨架為組合裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)，柜體封板采用高質(zhì)量的冷軋鋼板，框架、內(nèi)隔板及功能單元多采用進(jìn)口敷鋁鋅鋼板，其余金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)鍍鋅防腐處理。

電能分配原理：通過(guò)主母線將電源引入柜體，再經(jīng)分支母線分配到各個(gè)抽屜式或固定式功能單元，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同負(fù)載的供電。

控制與保護(hù)原理：功能單元內(nèi)配置斷路器、接觸器、熱繼電器等電器元件。當(dāng)電路發(fā)生過(guò)載、短路等故障時(shí)，斷路器自動(dòng)跳閘切斷電路；熱繼電器在電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載時(shí)，根據(jù)電流大小和時(shí)間關(guān)系，經(jīng)過(guò)一定延時(shí)后動(dòng)作，使接觸器分閘，保護(hù)電動(dòng)機(jī)；接觸器則用于控制電路的通斷，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)負(fù)載的啟?？刂?。

Maintenance points

Regular cleaning: Conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the distribution cabinet every 3 months, using a clean soft cloth or brush to remove dust on the surface of the cabinet, and using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust inside the cabinet.

緊固連接：每年少進(jìn)行一次的緊固檢查，使用力矩扳手對(duì)母線連接螺栓、開關(guān)接線端子、電纜接頭等部位進(jìn)行緊固。

Tightening connection: Conduct a comprehensive tightening inspection at least once a year, using torque wrenches to tighten the busbar connection bolts, switch terminals, cable joints, and other parts.

元件校驗(yàn)：定期對(duì)配電柜內(nèi)的保護(hù)電器元件如斷路器、熱繼電器、熔斷器等進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)，校驗(yàn)周期一般為 1-2 年。
