機箱機柜鈑金加工是使用多種不一樣的制造方法將金屬板成型為所需形狀的過程,包括切割、折彎、焊接到表面處理、組裝等很多步驟。通常,從機箱機柜鈑金到金屬產品的過程要從制圖開始,制圖完成后,經過鈑金制造過程,制成各種各樣的零件。

粉末噴塑是將靜電粉末涂料噴涂到工件上,在靜電作用下,粉末會均勻吸附于工件表面,再經過高溫烘烤形成終的涂層。
Powder coating is the process of applying electrostatic powder coating onto a workpiece. Under the action of static electricity, the powder is uniformly adsorbed onto the surface of the workpiece, and then baked at high temperatures to form the final coating.
噴塑后的產品表面防塵防水,其附著力、耐腐蝕、耐老化等方面優于噴漆工藝,適合戶外各種惡劣環境。當沒有特殊要求時,它是的表面處理方法。

部分機箱機柜在噴塑完成后會直接轉序到組裝進行裝配,但也有部分需要印LOGO或者圖案的,需要轉序到打印室進行打印。
