成套配電柜安裝的質(zhì)量問題往往被許多工作人給忽視，由于對這些問題的處理不當(dāng)給實際工作帶來了不少麻煩。

基礎(chǔ)型鋼焊接處焊渣清理不凈，除銹不干凈，油漆刷不均勻，有漏刷現(xiàn)象。

柜（盤）內(nèi)，電器元件、瓷件油漆損壞。

柜（盤）內(nèi)控制線壓接不緊，接線錯誤。

手車式柜二次小線回路輔助開關(guān)切換失靈，機(jī)械性能差。
